1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Saler Customer Mobile App ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Saler provides a technology platform that connects travelers and local customers with restaurants, cafes, and dhabas. The App allows users to discover nearby eateries, view menus, place food orders for dine-in or pick-up, and make payments online.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account using a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Order Placement, Dine-in, and Pick-up
Orders placed through the App are confirmed only when accepted by the respective restaurant. The preparation time shown is an estimate. Users must present the secure OTP generated in the App to the restaurant to collect their pick-up order or to avail their dine-in meal.
5. Payments and Pricing
Prices, payment rules, and refund guidelines are strictly governed by Saler. We facilitate payments securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Cashfree). Users may also have the option to pay via Cash directly at the restaurant for dine-in or pick-up.
6. Modifications to Service
Saler reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
